Many of those stocks look very strong and show increasing upward pressure and provide for many beautiful breakout opportunities notably FON, GLW, OPWV, PLCM, SVNX while others have broken out already. TERN sure an odd one, bits like PROX.

Culling the weakest out, and buy the remainder? I acknowledge that not all of those stocks will survive in the end. Too funny that you have Qwest on this list.
