After a month of use, I'm happy to report the following: www.pcfn.com server is ALWAYS working, though sometimes slow. Trading is easy, and Trading status updates are very fast. all paperwork takes long to process, so just be patient. customer service hold time is 10min, but they are very helpful trading desk hold time is nill, they p/u after a few rings. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service so far, and have already recommended them to several friends. Good Luck.
