Nope.

GTSM claims to have given away the motor technology for no money to a company that has no money. Not very impressive for a technology for which GTSM once announced it had an agreement to invest $10 million (of which GTSM actually got zero).

What really happened is GTSM let its ownership of the patent disappear -- but not maintaing the subsidiary that owned the patent. The "sale" to magpower is a cover story for the fact the patent was no longer in GTSM's inventory anyway.

whatever the true facts, GTSM winds up with nothing. This is little different than what it had before, which was the illusion of something.

Too bad you're not around now to explain how GTSM has dropped on trivial vol. to all time lows (0.039!) so soon after GTSM announced yet another new facility (just as it has announced new facilities about once every 2 years since at least 1996).
