Yes, but it's almost the holiday season, and there are vast forces at work which need a big "win" here in the last coupla months in order to salvage something from the year (not much, but they'll be able to say, "4th quarter saw a turnaround"), and it's very dependent on Bob Cratchit and his family, including Tiny Tim, continuing to feel solvent. Thus, the emergency capital infusion into housing and the consumer.

Oy vey, vot a headdache (pronounced "haddock") ve are gong to haf after this is all over.
