Using Palestinians as human shields is reprehensible.

This one I tend to believe. The whole camp had been turned into a minefield. Those civlians who stayed had to know which houses were mined and which were not. So I believe the Israelis ordered civilians to open the door.

Of course, Amnesty's report talks as if Israel committed its "war crimes" in a vacuum. Is there another country on earth that would charged with "war crimes" in a battle where the total casualties were 79? Has anybody been charged with "war crimes" in Algeria? They castigate Israel for preventing ambulances from coming in without a word on the Red Crescent's track record for transporting guns and gunmen. And I'm sure we'll read of how they swallowed "the corpse that walked" stories.

This is more "affirmative action" in warfare. The Pals get carte blanche, the Israelis are judged by super-sensitive democracy standards.
