I don't think it was Broward cause that county tends to be more Democratic.

The county that they filled out the ballots in was in an area that had alot of servicemen. THey filled out some numbers on the ballots of servicemen who neglected to write in that number. The servicemen in question were overseas and had to vote absentee. Under normal circumstances, those votes were illegal. Apparently the Republicans were the only party that was notified about the lack of the numbers so they alone got permission to write it in. The Democrats weren't notified so they were denied after the fact.

I can't remember any more of that situation but I do remember it.
