Hello Pezz, Today's Report: decided to exercise Cresud (CRESY) and IRSA (IRS) subscription rights to convertible debt 8% + stock warrant, thus adding to Argentine real estate exposure.

Feeling good about Tom.com share purchase that has gone up 3% in 24 hours, climbing a wall of worries.

YTD net asset gain now stand at 6.81%, due to currency allocation, recent China/HK share purchases and paper gold purchases.

Netting out my real estate and bond allocations (totalling approx. 40% of assets) as they are valued at lower of cost/market (market is higher than cost at this moment), my currency, stock and gold positions gained 10.32% YTD. Not too shabby, compared whatever is out there. At such pleasurable moments, I get suspicious and look for hidden bombs.

Chugs, Jay
