You know M, I agree with this I'd rather have a competent driver using a cellphone when there's low risk BUT the problem is too many drivers are asses and these things simply exacerbate the problem.

Last night someone in a car on our main Toronto highway 401 not far from my house shot at and wounded 2 people in another car travelling down same highway. One is near death. No one else was injured fortunately. I think firearms should be banned in cars.
