VIX was selling at a fairly big discount (4 points or 12%) to the underlying volatility yesterday when the selloff in the Dow transpired. The VXN and QQV have been sticky and continue to sell at a 3-5 point premium to the actual volatility. I would like to see the VXN drop more.
