I don't see the sale of the Financial Products group to have any significant impact on Speedware - but it won't hurt them. Speedware had moved away from marketing the financials over two years ago, and perhaps if the new owners can market it, and generate some new customers, this will increase the opportunity for Speedware move some of its existing product lines into these new accounts.

That's my best guess.
