I have a problem reconciling a rate cut when in a month major index's are up 10-25% 15 of the dow stocks are up an average of 42% tons of large caps are up 30-50% and lots of crap and even some real stocks are up 100-200% plus what signal to the world will a 1.25% fed fund rate give besides with the corporate overcapacity no good company needs to borrow and the ones who need money are in junk status makes no sense to me
