I agree with that. In fact this year was the first when condos had multiple offers in my area. (Zip 92604). I looked at the September sales (escrow opened in July and August) and found that many sale prices were higher than asking price and condos were sold in a few days after they were listed. In August inventory was extremely low. Now the inventory is back to normal and I see that asking prices are lower than actual September sale prices.
