Thanks, that makes sense in terms of the overall bias being one of distribution now.

I just had a thought regarding the effect of the elections: Assuming that it does have an effect on the market, it will probably not be something we will wake up to tomorrow or see tonight on the futures. A lot of races are close and may be contested; it could take a while for the legislative control questions to be settled. Probably interest rate cut/no-cut will have much more impact in the next few days, perhaps muted somewhat by the overhanging election issues.

I know many have discounted the importance of the elections long ago, but sometimes it takes me a while to reach these conclusions.. :)
