School Boards need to determine the essential elements of education. The process, methods, procedures, and knowledge base that we are paying them to provide to our children. Once children have a solid foundation, there is a universe of things that can be learned. Most of which are not essentials to a learning foundation.

We are currently too busy tip-toeing around the politics of the thing to do the job of providing our children with a solid foundation.
