I think you may have forgotten some of what happened along the way. Oh, go ahead and send it to me. It's been a long time and my brain isn't getting any younger. Maybe. And maybe not. You have made my point come alive. I offered those pairs not to trigger a discussion of whether they were true or not but to illustrate that "facts" from both sides can coexist, can both be true concurrently. You emphatically agreed with the ones that represent your side and gave me a song and dance on the others. <g> My question to you is: do you understand that both halves of the pairs can be true, not are, but can? That just because CH was wrong not to have stopped doesn't mean that Poet reacted proportionately? That just because CH is stubborn doesn't mean that the posse wasn't over the top? Etcetera. If you can see that they can coexist, you accord the other guy enough respect to deal with the issue, as opposed to just yelling past each other, which is all that has been going on for all this time.
