Carl: Thanx for the info. Do you know why the stock was previously delisted and why the CEO would say flat out that it was a NEW company and lead us astray a bit? Maybe they have ironed out their difficulties as can be evidenced by the new earnings. Hopefully the PE ratio will stay around 30 which will drive the price upto higher levels and maybe someone else should question Tom about the reverse split. I've already done my phone call- he wasn't the most responsive person i've ever met.
