BTW John, I assume you are aware that hands-free use of cellphones is as bad as hand-held? It's the taking of the mind off the job which is the problem. Will you ban people moving their lips in a moving vehicle? Will you ban ventriloquism and nerve transducers? Will you ban thinking? That's what you'll have to do. Freedom is a thing people like. They seek it. They escape from the Klutches of the Kremlin and busy-body bossy-britches bureaucrats one way or the other. The road to hell is paved with good intentions, such as banning people from talking while driving a car. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. Homeland security can be homeland hell.
