Here is a new one. Poet and CH agree to establish a private (PM or other) forum

There is some risk a he-said/she-said situation might arise out of this suggestion.

CH knows the criteria for reconciliation which is that it begins with a sincere apology.

I don't know that Chris is capable of providing a sincere apology for his actions here. I suspect no matter what he writes as a apology it will just start a debate about whether it is sincere enough. Besides, how sincere can an apology be if it's forced. Let's be realistic here. What you are asking for is not a sincere apology, a sincere apology is not forced. What you are asking is for Chris to say "uncle" as in --- used as a cry of surrender <was forced to cry ~>.

Personally I think he should have apologized a long time ago. I though JLA's attempt to broker an accord to be an honest effort on JLA's part.

The other problem is the same as the current hold up, CH does not "get" something in return except an end to the issue.

You'll not like me saying this but I think you may need to give up something. I speak only for myself but you may have to give up the "sincere" aspect of the apology. Maybe you can get him to say "uncle."
