Does that mean buy the dips ,or short the tops ?;-) I just bought a new cell-phone today , and I keep them for a long time before upgrading too ( my Nokia 6100=3 1/2yrs old) ...was mentioning that I was looking to upgrade 3 weeks ago and all the shopping malls are littered with Cellular outlets now i noticed shopping .
