One possibility is that they decided to count people in the marijuana growing industry. After all, it is the largest cash crop in my county ( we have wine grapes, timber, pears, fishing, blah, blah), and one of the top 10 crops in the entire country. Other than that, this is the time of year that ag lays off all the pickers and packers; not "much to do" for the next several months aside from pruning. Livestock industry probably shouldn't vary too much. But would Shrub lie to us? Shrub is an honorable man.
