i didn't say i believed him, lol. the story, as started by russell godwin and spread by mr mike, was that medinah and daytona had a super hush-hush meeting and wrapped up all the legal proceedings whereby - this is where it gets funny - dayton would pay medinah seven-figures and medinah would promise to never tell anyone about it. "never tell" apparently meant "never tell anyone that doesn't ask", lol. hey, it ain't my story!
