Chzechens are not afraid to be buried in pigskin. They are however mortally afraid of being hanged as this is supposed to prevent the soul from ascending to heaven. Most Muslims request to be beheaded for capital crimes because of this.
The real reason Muslims are anti-American is because America's favourite game is played with a ball made from pigskin, i.e. football. The ball is also the shape of a gonad and is supposed to represent the US kicking an Islamic gonad from one end of a field to the other.
Islamic philosophy is to convert everyone else to Islamic religion in order that they are easier to rule, as the religion is very restrictive and authoritarian in its implementation in most formerly Turkish dominated countries. There are no Islamic pluralistic democracies that are not corrupt. It is strange indeed that the moral authority of religion does not prevent the most mono-religious societies from being the most fundamentally corrupt. Although I will admit corruption is a relative term. Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela, Spain, France, Italy, Chile, Brazil, Japan, Nigeria, and any Islamic country all vie for the most corrupt country status and all are mono-religious and mono-philosophical. There are significant exceptions to this rule, Vietnam, China, most Asian countries in fact, and any African country run neck and neck for the most corrupt and violent country to live or die in and they are often homogeneous philosophically at least.
The CIA or some organization should publish a backwardness and unreasonableness co-efficient that rates countries for crime, effectiveness of law enforcement, political and social corruption, political instability and anti-western bias with statistics about how many violent and anti-western crimes are committed and how many politically dangerous groups exist there. The CIA was not even publishing travel advisories to
Yemen and Columbia when a total of perhaps 5,000 foreigners were being kidnapped there per year!
