they will in fact RAISE them by 1/4 percent, saying the economy is leaning towards growth.

it'll be the perfect thing to shock the hell out of the markets, and destroy the last remaining shorts..

remember the ol' half point cut 15 minutes before futures expiration in 1998? greenspan knows how to manipulate for maximum results..

NOBODY is expecting a rate hike, but its going to happen.
