Hello John, My wife works at ELEX so I am also interested in the merger. It doesn't appear anyone else is though. The market appears to approve sending SANM up to 75 so far today. ELEX is at 24 so it is lagging a little behind the conversion rate of .33. My feeling is that if they can merge them successfully then Hadco might finally have some competition. Chris
