If the "hard drive" may be added to the chip along with RF communications and many Gigahertz of processor speed, then a full fledged remotely programmable computer system is available on each chip. Multi-processing and multiple IO will allow it to be many "circuits", "simultaneously". The "Linux for Chips" operating system will mark the triumph of open source operating systems over the forces of the "dark side".
