Yes, RRI certainly looks like a bargain, but I don't plan on buying it in too much size. Position management, that's my mantra. If RRI takes another trip down below $1.50 I'll probably add.

I haven't heard any of the political pundits give credit to a theory I put forward on about 9/12/01 which was that, in the wake of 9/11, this country was going to make a total, across the board shift to the right, and back toward values. Losers would definitely be the entire trend we saw from about 1961 to 2001, which would include the drug culture, Hollywood, Democrats, etc. The winners would be law and order, old time values, family values, church attendance, Republicans, etc.

To lose in a midterm election is just astounding, but the Democrats really had very little to offer in most states. Unless they change what they offer, or come up with more attractive candidates than Walter Mondale, Jean Carnahan, then 2004 looks even worse for them.
