Here we go again Bill: <<<Hard to see how the public expects government to provide services when the public refuses to provide the money for them.>>> Maybe the people do not want the government to provide these services. Government is the most inefficient system devised by man. A necessary evil. The smaller the better. The closer to the people the better. Just my thoughts.
