I've said, or felt, that when GLW announced an expansion to fill orders, the stock would take off. I thought it would have to be in telecom/fibers - but this announcement of expansion for flat panel glass could be the ticket. GLW is focusing on its existing businesses and new ones it can enter, while fibers stews on the sideline. they can't undo the mess the got in, but they can think better going forward. glw is still being followed by telecom analysts who can only see the problems in telecom/fiber (which are very real) - there are other strengths to this company. larry
