Last night your good friend KUDlow said that the FED has to cut rates AND increase liquidity in the market (small to mid-sized businesses can not borrow enough capital at the best rates)...he thinks this along with good CSCO news and a new S.E.C. leader may spur a big rally in the market...I wouldn't pay too much attention to what he says though.

IMO, the key thing is confidence and corporate spending -- those areas MUST improve radically in order to see much better economic numbers and more hiring, etc...its all inter-related.
