free money does not necessarily mean that companies will borrow and build more capacity. If you can't make money by investing in new capacity, it doesn't matter if the interest rate is ZERO -- business still won't borrow.

Look at Japan...they can't literally give the money away -- no business wants it.

Let's hope US doesn't go that way....hence Greenie's aggressive attempt to forestall deflation even if the technology is pushing the market in that direction.
