The CSCO types of companies (infrastructure builders) will benefit from the 50bps rate cut too. At least the market will see it that way looking in to the future. Might result in companies to do some capital spending. Cisco's competitive position is so much better today than it was a few years ago.

Nasdaq looks pretty good. A glance at PEs on a lot of techs indicate that they are pretty good assuming a tech spending uptick that seems inevitable at this point.
Under-owned segment of the market is tech, imho. Just have to look at the money flows into/out of mutual funds this year.

Cisco today and Microsoft Tablet PC launch tomorrow.
