geez, you got me....i have been asking the same question myself after losing bundle on NT and other tech (mostly chip) stocks and mostly the answer i have been getting is CASH & hig-grade BONDS.

Having said that, I am still in the tech sector, mostly in the chips and software waiting for that proverbial recovery. I thought I had waited long enough but this bear market for techs has been lot more brutal than I had ever imagined and have lots of scars from trying to catch the falling knife.

Recently i took a large position on ARMHY who basically is like Intel/MSFT when it comes to processor core softare that controls the heart of the component chips. All major tech companies license from ARMHY and until recently, their valuation was sky-high but recent profit dissappointment (key word is profit...they are still making money!) took 65% off their share value at which point I jumped in.
