Not contribute? Are you referring to my low number of posts over the last year or so? If I haven't been as visible as I was in the old days it's probably because 1) I haven't been investing much money until recently and am still unsure we've seen the last of the bear. A war with Iraq, for example, could turn everything south again. If I'm not investing in stocks, then there's not much to talk about where SI is concerned. 2) Try as I might over the years to keep people out of poor biotech investments, I've grown tired of the usual insults, name calling, and mind games that seem to follow every honest opinion I try to share. If you don't get the feeling you're appreciated there's not much reason to stick around. I've also been extremely busy with my own work and haven't had much time to play the SI "game" lately. My free time is mostly spent pursuing hobbies these days, not thinking about money.

However, if you are truly interested in what I think, I can shares a few ideas with you when I come across some. For instance, in the realm of biotech I particularly favor GCOR and ABGX right now. GCOR because biocatalysis is the wave of the future and ABGX because using antibodies to treat disease is now being pursued for a wide variety of diseases in addition to cancer, with ABGX as the undisputed leader. Other than that, I've been picking off down trodden big pharmas when the opportunity presents itself, like BMY and SGP, and buying a little bit of other beat up blue chips like F. I'm not as willing to speculate anymore unless I'm real close to the technology and have been looking mostly at big companies that have dropped to a level where the dividend yield is high.
