i do remember that write off.... and it was on my mind when the issue was brought up...

i am not defending Crsico btw...

___________

I think that for now, given this .50 bp cut and the Republicans in control of the bar... I believe the drinks are being served now and it would be dangerous to argue with the [drunken] bulls -g.

I am sure we are due for a rest... but even at that, I would not be surprised the "down" part will be somehow subdued... I do believe this is the FIRST time that the Reps are in control of the entire house of blues... this means favorable terms for business... and don't forget, the new King Bill has just been handed a license to squash any insolent that places himself in his way... ah ... don't forget them $40B in the bank account.

The combo is what makes the difference... i.e.

take your pick of a reasonable business, including no debt, lotsa cash, a friendly tyrant willing to reduce taxes... (i.e. inheritance taxes ---can you spell NO capital Gains too powerful combo too) AND low interest rates, whereby those near bankruptcy companies can refi.... I don't know... could be fuel... add a ton of stubborn shorts... hmmm sounds like 4th of July in December no ? -g
