We still have the war that will add volatility to the markets. Near term (next 3-4 months) we should see a roller coaster ride with a progressive ascension (slow rising market if you follow the rising support areas).

An attack on US soil will see a spike down with a pretty quick recovery (that's a gage of the strength of this administration and their ability to move quickly now that they control the government).
