I'm almost a vegetarian and I avoid fats. And that was true before the heart attacks too. And I'm not overweight (BMI of 22) and I exercise.

But basically my liver needs a kick to get it to do its job. And, yeah, I may pay for that 10 or 20 years out. But I won't make 10 or 20 years unless the HDL/LDL ratio is improved.
