I think it is important to keep in mind that Starr's efforts were extremely limited. The most serious criminal activity was the apparent rape of Juanita Broaddrick, an incident which clearly did happen and for which Clinton walked. Starr was unable to proceed because this woman lied in an affadavit after having seen the Clinton political machine destroy numerous other women. The story was subsequently verified by various contemporaneous witnesses, but Starr did not pursue it.

Clinton is a violent criminal who escaped justice.
