I actually spoke to the CFO Don Flukin and he says that now AUG is the new hoped for ship date for HPcheck, (same for Parent Alert). They are frustrated with the wait from Astra as all is ready to go on Chemtraks end. Don implied that yes Astra moves slowly & there is not much they can do but wait for the OK to proceed.

If I understood him right, they also intend to do the private placement sometime soon, that the cancellation was really a postponment. It would make sense as they will need the money until some real revenue starts coming in. I think we may have a couple more quarters to go before that happens. We'll see
