Sorry 'bout that... To make a long story short,
they are both in the same line of work. You
may get the info. from the 1st few portions of
the link, then get into "what the company does".
I think that WIND has more gov. business than
MNS, but could be wrong. Both look very strong,
at least at this point in time.
