there are 12 members in FRB, i'm sure those members regularly exchange ideas... i am willing to bet those major bond traders will hire top notch investigators to gather info, legally or illegally. where the big money is involved, more corruption is likely... Enron, Arthur Anderson, World con... It's sad, but I think the greed & corruption will destroy U.S. not the terrorist or evil countries...
