Silver Institute has 2002 Silver Survey on their site: silverinstitute.org
Thought they charged for it, but the 88 page pdf file is available for free download.
Learned a lot from reading it, and updated some of my data.

One interesting item (probably only because it agreed with my opinion) is the Barrick Pascua Lama and Veladero projects will be capable of producing 41.8moz of silver byproduct (more than my guess) If Eskay Creek is still doing 16.3moz by the end of the decade Barrick will produce 58.1moz total - making them the LARGEST (#1) silver producer in the world.
