Exactly, traders exit trades before the fed speaks. Especially when there is uncertainty (.25 or .50?) Even with a good broker, based on Realtick or Cyber, orders that usually execute in 3 seconds can take 5 minutes. The quote servers get clogged and what your seeing sometimes is not really there.
