Of course they're less qualified. Just as I'm less qualified to cast a vote on something like pharma regulation, a topic I'm not educated enough on.

Voting for someone because of his physical characteristics or because his last name rhymes with mine is just... stupid. Yet, the right to vote is intact. So we must accept the stupid vote along with the informed vote.

Actually Clinton, not Bush, is a prime example of someone getting elected on the "stupid" vote.
