I wouldn't go that far, Victor. It's like saying you'll never need a computer upgrade either. It may be true that we're in a period of time that most computer are fast enough for the software that exists, and an upgrade is a nice to have, not a must have, but that doesn't mean that you will NEVER need an upgrade. Innovation continue. I promise you, one day you WILL want an upgrade.

Same thing goes for telecom companies. What they have today in their networks may be good enough, but when demand picks up and pushes their equipment to the failure point, they won't have much of a choice but to upgrade. Either that, or fold the business and let someone else have their customers.
