Isn't FCO more a play on the Pound/Greenback rather than the Loonie.

I'd be wary of betting too strongly on the Loonie. Our economies are joined at the hip and our poor Canadian legs swing free too often. We've had three rate HIKES this year up here but the relative valuations USD/CDN belies that fact.

As I've posted before I've a good stake in FAP(TSE) (like FAX). If I thought our Loonie would appreciate significantly against the USD I'd probably not. Basically I'm betting the Loonie won't.

I think 85% of our exports go to the US so we got to stay competitive. Just the lumber tariff caused huge job loss grief on our west coast.
