Real simple:
1.You claim to not like real estate but you offer your worthless placer claims for sale on your SI profile. For gawd's sake if they were worth something you would not be peddling them you would be extracting the ore as you claim to do on your other piddly claim.
2. You have mentioned several times about your "gentlemanly" visitors to your little ore digs where all of you get out your gold pans and get a little pyrite and have sooooooooo much fun.
3.ol busanger now you know how you have posted about the gold in busang you ol bre-x pumper you. you take a little of that same helicopter geologist salt and put it on those claims of yours, but as as sya like catching a bird by putting slat on it's tail you make the final sale to those gentlemanly east coasters by putting your busang salt on those cougar's tails and just tame them down so nice until they become campy cats. Those east coaster who have never even seen a cougar fall hook line and sinker for your snake oil and snap up those placer claims of yours.

As you know ol fabulator Alan and I work really close together in the mortgage business. so many times he has lowered rates and long term rates moved up immediately. Not so today great low rates. But remember it is only good for you to get those home loan mortgages with death insurance etc. Home loans are not good for anyone else they should all pay cash.

BTW I see the refi boom as OVER!!!!!!!!!! We shall see ol fab-ulator one.
