1) unpatented mining claims are personal property, not real estate. 2) I do not have any of my personal mining claims for sale. Why should I. I like my personal portfolio of unpatented lode and placer claims. 3) I have nothing against owning real estate outright. I believe it should be paid for in cash only and I came to that conclusion over 30 years ago. I did not invent, "Neither borrower nor lender be!" (old Quaker axiom) I intend fully to pick up more during the upcoming deflationary cycle. 4) My mining tour guests were West Coasters, not East Coasters...from up around Issaquah, in point of fact. Kills you that you don't know who they are, doesn't it? 5) I disagree about mortgage re-fi cycle being over. Deflation has horrible consequences for debt holders, including real estate mortgage borrowers. You are correct...we shall see.
