No zonder, e is not delusional. Well on second thought I can't assert that for a fact, but he's not making this one up. Would-be suicide bombers do seem to pay a lot of attention to the condition of their genitalia before going for the last boom. Mohammed Atta's final letter of instructions included instructions to carefully depilate and wash the genitalia. The Israelis have found the remains of suicide bombers with two sets of underwear on, and there was at least one case where the bomber's penis was neatly wrapped in toilet paper as well. This caused a small flurry of speculation in Israel on, just how insane do you have to be to think that it's important to preserve your dick, or that such flimsy measures would preserve your dick, when you're going to blow yourself up? Gotta keep the equipment safe for those 72 black-eyed virgins! I haven't seen one of these stories for a few months. If I manage to dig one up, I'll link it to you.
