Since there is no comparison, as the 90s numbers are part of Reagan's resume, I will offer a couple of facts you cannot dispute. Reagan passed massive legislation which stimulated the economy in a series of bills beginning in 1982 and culminating in the 1986 tax system overhaul. Clinton did nothing. (Oh wait, Clinton did pass a tax increase in 1993 which squeezed economic growth until the republicans took control of congress in 1995. So Clinton actually did do something on the economic front, but it was the opposite of what he should have done.) The guy didn't pass a single positive economic initiative in eight years. One wonders what the hell he did with all his time...
