My point stands. He did not "serve in the National Guard during the Vietnam War" as the posted biography claimed. That is peeing in a cup and calling it lemonade. What Bush Jr. actually did is he dodged the draft by getting a rear guard position in the National Guard through the political connections of his dad. His spin doctors are, predictably, quite disingenuous with the truth, trying to cast the most positive light on his draft dodging maneuvers, but they fool nobody.
